Utilizing the institutional resources effectively within a legitimate framework that establishes good governance, regulating activities relating to the appointment, transfers, promotions, salaries and allowances of the employees of the Co-operative Societies in the Western Province and acting as an Appeal Court regarding appeals made by the employees.
